Terms
These terms apply to BECOMING — The Man You Were Meant to Be, offered by Michael Mrad, operating as an individual, based in Spain. Contact: micheal.mrad4320@gmail.com
What BECOMING is
A ninety-day personalised mentorship and personal-development journey for one person at a time. It includes:
- Six private one-to-one calls
- WhatsApp support across the ninety days
- Worksheets built around your situation
- Recorded videos and resources made for you specifically
- Individual exercises and real-life missions where appropriate
The investment is €1,777 for the complete ninety-day journey.
What BECOMING is not
This is mentorship and personal development. It is not:
- Psychotherapy or counselling
- Psychiatric treatment
- Medical treatment or medical advice
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
I am not a doctor, therapist, psychologist or licensed clinician, and nothing in the programme substitutes for care from someone who is. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service — 112 across Spain and the EU. If during our work it becomes clear that you would be better served by clinical support, I will say so directly.
No guaranteed outcome
What you get out of this depends largely on what you bring to it. I cannot and do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, health or other result. Nothing on this website or in our conversations should be read as such a promise.
Applying
Submitting an application does not create a contract and does not reserve a place. I read each one personally and will tell you honestly if I do not think the fit is right. A contract forms only when a place is confirmed and payment terms are agreed.
Your right to cancel
Statutory withdrawal right
Because this is a distance contract with a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason. This right comes from EU consumer law as implemented in Spain (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). To withdraw, simply tell me in writing at micheal.mrad4320@gmail.com within that period.
If you ask to start before those fourteen days are up
Many people want to begin straight away. You can — but the law requires that you expressly request it, and that you understand what follows:
If you ask me to begin during the fourteen-day withdrawal period and then withdraw before the period ends, you still owe a proportionate amount for the part of the programme already delivered up to the moment you tell me you are withdrawing. If the programme has been fully performed within that period at your express request, the right of withdrawal is lost.
You will be asked to confirm this expressly before any early start. I will not begin during the withdrawal period without that confirmation.
After the programme has begun
Beyond the statutory rights above, payments are not refundable for:
- A change of mind
- Choosing to stop taking part
- Not participating, or not completing the exercises
- Sessions you miss or do not reschedule
- Not applying what we work on
- Dissatisfaction based only on not reaching a desired personal outcome
This is because the programme is built around one person. Accepting you means reserving time and capacity I cannot offer to anyone else, and that reservation happens whether or not you use it.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where a mandatory statutory right conflicts with anything written here, the statutory right prevails.
If I cancel
If I cancel the programme, or become unable to deliver a material part of what we agreed, you will receive a refund for the part not provided, calculated proportionately. If I need to move a session, I will offer a reasonable alternative time.
Sessions and scheduling
Calls are arranged by agreement. Please give reasonable notice if you need to move one. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as delivered.
Confidentiality
What you tell me stays between us. I will not share it, quote it or use it publicly without your explicit permission. The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s.
I ask the same of you regarding materials made for you.
Your materials
The videos, worksheets and resources created for you are for your personal use. Please do not copy, publish, resell or share them.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health and wellbeing throughout. Missions and physical activities are always adapted to your body and your circumstances, and you choose what you commit to. If you have a medical or psychological condition that could be affected, please speak to a qualified professional before taking part.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. You can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. Before any of that, please write to me — most things are resolved in a conversation.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published when your contract is concluded, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
